Instructions for use

The product can be defrosted at room temperature in about 1-2 hours, or in a microwave oven on a low setting for about 10-15 minutes.

Serving suggestions

Once defrosted, it can be eaten as fresh fruit, or further flavoured with icing sugar or whipped cream. You can make fruit salads, cakes and tarts with it.
