Cold-pressed edible cooking oil ingredients in a 1:1:1 ratio of corn germ oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil. Cold-pressed oils contain significant amounts of palmitic acid, stearic acid, linoleic and linolenic acid, vitamin E and antioxidant compounds. 100% natural, an excellent choice for babies and children.

Cold-pressed oils

During cold pressing, the dried, cleaned seeds are pressed without heat treatment. The temperature increase occurs solely due to physical friction. After pressing, any remaining impurities are removed by filtration. The oil production is completed by filling it into bottles. The yield varies depending on the seed, but is always less than in the case of refined oils. Cold-pressed oils contain significant amounts of palmitic acid, stearic acid, linoleic and linolenic acid, vitamin E and antioxidant compounds.

Disadvantage: Due to the lower yield, it is more expensive to produce, and due to the strong taste, smell and colour, it can only be produced from fresh, impeccable quality raw materials, which are more expensive.

Advantage: Since there is basically no processing, the filtered oils retain most of their vitamins and minerals, as well as their original flavour. As a result, only fresh raw materials can be used to make cold-pressed oils, otherwise the oil will show significant differences in taste, smell and colour.

Use

Can also be used at high temperatures: excellent for use in deep fryers, woks, grills, and pan-fried dishes. We also recommend it for frying breaded meats and vegetables, and for making steak.
