Csabai Paraszt Sausage
Round cross-section, approx. 38-40 mm in diameter, stuffed into pork small intestine. The cut surface is shiny, ready to cut. Consists of dark red pieces of meat and light-coloured pieces of bacon. Pleasantly seasoned, with a slightly smoky aroma, the taste of the spices used is clearly noticeable. Densely elastic, well-bound, not crumbly, not soft, not too crusty.
