Preparation

In a pan:

Bring 2 tablespoons of oil to a boil in a pan. Add the frozen food and heat for 11-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the microwave:

Place the frozen meal in a microwave-safe covered dish. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Microwave at 600 W for 14 minutes.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C or below until the end of the month indicated on the back of the package.
