The superfruit bars were created for those busy days when you don't have time for a leisurely breakfast, to prepare a complete snack for the kids, or when you're heading out to exercise and want a light bite on the go to help you cope with the exertion. It's a good idea to keep a few in your office drawer, so you can tackle intellectual challenges with renewed energy on sleepy afternoons. And they also come in handy if you want to snack on something healthy and energizing.
This refreshingly tart, cherry fruit bar was also created in the spirit of 'clean eating', so, like other Mendula products, it contains no added sugar, fat, or additives, only pure, raw, plant-based ingredients! Its base is creamy sweet date paste, thickened with almond flour, then made tartly irresistible with dried cherries and cranberries. The dried cranberries are also sweetened with apple concentrate, ensuring this product is also guaranteed sugar-free!

They founded their family business in 2015 with the aim of producing special sweet and savoury pastries, cakes, and pies made exclusively from premium quality ingredients, as well as artisanal nut butters made from high-quality oilseeds – almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts – purchased exclusively from domestic producers.
