Suggested use - Protein muesli bowl with cocoa and banana

Preparation time
10 minutes.

Ingredients
For 1 serving.

• 1 banana (100 g)
• 150 g Alnatura curd cheese (low-fat)
• 2 teaspoons Alnatura cocoa powder (6 g)
• 50 ml water
• 50 g blueberries
• 30 g Alnatura protein muesli
• 1 tablespoon Alnatura hemp seeds - peeled (5 g)

Preparation

1. Prepare the curd cheese: Peel the banana, break 2/3 of it into large pieces and put it in a bowl. Cut the remaining banana into thin slices and set aside. Mash the banana pieces finely with a fork, add the curd cheese, cocoa and water, and mix everything until smooth.
2. Arrange the bowl: Wash the blueberries and dry them. Arrange the banana slices, protein muesli, blueberries and hemp seeds in the bowl, then serve.

Tip
Frozen blueberries or other fruits such as blackberries, raspberries or apples go well with this dish.
