Wiesbauer premium Sacher heather

The Sacher sausage is an outstanding member of the Wiesbauer premium quality product family. Traditionally filled in sheep casing, it is made from selected pork and beef. Its characteristically long size makes it stand out from other products. Its special taste comes from the selected spices and beech wood smoking, which gives this great product a truly distinctive flavor.

The rich product range, which includes more than 40 product specialties, can be divided into the following product groups: red goods (e.g.: Premium Viennese sausage), sausages (e.g.: Puszta Debreceni), sliced meats (e.g.: Túra sliced meat and Viennese sliced meat), hams (e.g.: Pastrami ham) and grilled products (e.g.: Grill Mix).

Store refrigerated after opening and consume within 2 days.

Store between 2-7°C.
