Product description

Martontej premium mascarpone is distinguished from other mascarpones by its 50% fat content. The taste of a product is greatly influenced by its fat content. At Martontej, the high Omega 3 content of flaxseed during flaxseed feeding results in a special essential fatty acid composition in the products.

Martontej Kft.'s Holstein-Friesian cattle herd of nearly 1000 animals produces not only a large quantity of milk, but also first-class milk, thanks to the monodietic, GMO-free feeding. 80% of the feed is produced and prepared by themselves from bulk feed and grain.

The manufacturer's specialty is that they keep everything in their own hands, from crop production to animal husbandry, from processing to getting the product to the stores, which gives them complete control and supervision. In our processing plant, we produce about 55 different products made from excellent quality milk under a strict HACCP quality system. Martontej's basic principle in the production of products is that they are free of artificial additives, colors and flavors, so that only carefully tested and inspected ingredients can be included in their products.
