Pork neck is the animal's neck meat, which is considered the tastiest part of the meat. It can be baked whole or sliced, and thanks to its fat content, it is a tasty part of the meat. Juicy dishes can also be made from it, and it is also an excellent base for flecks and gypsy roasts. After proper aging, it can be grilled, taking care not to dry out the meat.
