Frédi grill pork neck steaks in a dark beer marinade, prepared for grilling and pan-frying. Evenly spread over the surface of the meat, the marinade adds a distinctive, lightly malty aroma.

The slices can also be cooked well with a short heat treatment: crusty on the outside, juicy on the inside. As a side dish, salad, roasted vegetables or potatoes go well with it, and when serving, a quick gravy can be made from the remaining marinade.

Use

After opening, cook or grill the pork neck slices thoroughly until well done. In a pan, cook over medium heat; on the grill, cook on a preheated grate, then slice after a short resting time.
