TR Verjus Apero

Pasteurized green grape juice made from organic Hárslevelű grapes. It can be consumed with water or soda water, and is an excellent base for refreshers, cocktails, and lemonades. It is also a superb ingredient for flavouring salads, souring, and marinating.

Anikó, Pali, Dénes and Jani - the TR team. Since 2013, they have been bringing the Tokaj terroir to you, bottled from the 3.5-hectare area of Tállya Palota-dűlő. And since 2020, they also hold ecological (bio/organic) certification for both viticulture and winemaking. They strive to create and maintain the biological diversity of the environment. They do not use systemic chemical pesticides, only contact products that strengthen the grape's natural defense capabilities and immune system.

Their wines follow the style of the great, dry white wines that are revitalizing the Tokaj Region, complementing them with youthful dynamism and lighter tones.

Being a volcanic area, Palota-dűlő provides perfect minerality; and its exposure favours the proper acid-sugar balance. Furthermore, the Tokaj Region is known for its natural sugar content, which they proudly showcase in their sweet late harvest, szamorodni, and aszú wines.

They adhere to quality, and to the application of technology that best showcases and preserves the grape variety characteristics and the production area.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place below 15°C, protected from sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
