About the brand

**Andrea Milano** is an Italian family business founded in 1889 by Nicola Milano in Naples. Since then, Acetificio Andrea Milano has become one of the oldest and most renowned vinegar producers in Italy, preserving the art of traditional vinegar making for five generations while continuously innovating and expanding its product range.

The company initially aged its vinegars in beech wood chip barrels, but today it uses modern acetification equipment while preserving traditional methods derived from over a century of experience. In the 1990s, under the leadership of the fourth generation, Andrea and Francesco, the company embarked on significant international expansion and acquired a historic Modena vinegar factory, which is now the pride of Modena Balsamic Vinegar (IGP).
