The value of mixed flower honey lies in its diversity. It varies from year to year in colour, flavour and therefore in mineral content. Its colour ranges from light brown to dark brown, depending on the composition of the honey it contains. It tends to crystallise. It is excellent for natural consumption and for flavouring pastries. Not suitable for children under one year of age!

He entered the world of beekeeping as a layman in the apiaries of his relatives, but he was soon captivated by the world of bees. He tried to acquire all possible theoretical knowledge about beekeeping by reading professional books and newspapers. He received his first bee colony as a birthday present from his wife, after which he completed a beekeeping course. In addition to his main job, he started his beekeeping business by buying more colonies.

Szomor Méhészet won the AGROTREND Group's Agrármarketing Main Prize for its marketing activities, brand building, renewed image, packaging and the success story of its propolis honey cream.
