1. Duration of the Game

 

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a prize draw under the name "Violeta Facebook Post prize draw" from March 14, 2024, 00:01 to March 20, 2024, 23:59, the participation conditions of which are defined in this game policy (hereinafter: "Policy").

 

2. Organizer and executor of the Game

The organizer of the Game is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (headquarters: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-44.) ("Organizer").

 

3. Prizes of the Game

Organizer will draw among those who answer the question posed in the post during the specified period.

 

Kifli.hu currently provides its service within the administrative boundaries of Budapest. Outside Budapest, we also deliver to Dunaharaszti, Szigetszentmiklós, Halásztelek, Gödöllő, Veresegyház, Szada, Pomáz, Nagykovácsi, Budakeszi, Biatorbágy, Pilisborosjenő, Gyömrő, Fót, Kerepes, Kistarcsa, Nagytarcsa, Mogyoród, Érd, Solymár, Dunakeszi, Budaörs, Törökbálint, Diósd, Vecsés, Pécel, Maglód, Gyál, Ecser, Üröm, Csömör, Remeteszőlős, Budakalász, and Felsőpakony, and even to certain settlements around Lake Balaton. Among those ordering to the above delivery area, after the activity expires, we will draw 10 Violeta wet toilet paper gift packages courtesy of Planet Line Hungary Kft. The prize will be drawn by Kifli.hu no later than March 23, 2024.

4. Conditions for participation in the Application

 

4.1. This Policy applies to the "Violeta Facebook Post prize draw" game, as well as to all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant acknowledges that it is their duty to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Policy before applying for the "Violeta Facebook Post prize draw" game, and cannot refer to the omission of this for gaining advantages, nor can this omission be to the detriment of the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the execution.

 

4.2. The Game is open to those who meet the following conditions: an adult, capable individual who has reached the age of 18, does not fall within the scope of persons defined in point 4.4, and commented under the post during the game period.

 

If the Player does not meet the conditions set out in this Game Policy for any reason, the Organizer may exclude the affected Player from the Game.

By participating in the Game, the Player acknowledges that they have fully understood the conditions set out in this Game Policy and have accepted them unconditionally. If the Player does not accept the conditions - in respect of any provision - the Organizer will exclude them from the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Game without explanation in case of manipulation, irregular play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.

4.3. The Organizer excludes liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they arise in the Player's or the Organizer's IT system or service.

 

4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in organizing the "Violeta Facebook Post prize draw" game (Planet Line Hungary Kft. and subcontractors involved in organizing the "Violeta Facebook Post prize draw" game, and persons in employment or other legal relationship aimed at work with them, and their close relatives as defined in Ptk. 8:1.§ (1) 1. point) cannot participate in the Application.

 

4.5. By participating in the game, the Player acknowledges that they have understood the Policy and accept all conditions defined therein. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the game corresponds to reality throughout the entire duration of the "Violeta Facebook Post prize draw" game. The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the falsity or error of personal data provided during the game.

 

5. Procedure for participation in the Application

5.1. The game is exclusively available on the Kifli.hu Facebook page.

5.2. Winners will be selected from those who answer the question posed in the post in a comment between March 14, 2024, 00:01 and March 20, 2024, 23:59.

5.5. The Organizer will draw 10 Violeta wet toilet paper packages during the game. The draw is not public and takes place through the commentpicker.com site.

5.7. The Organizer will notify the winner via the email address provided during registration. The winner then has 3 working days to contact the Organizer. If the winner does not contact the Organizer within 3 working days of notification, the Organizer will draw a new winner. The Organizer will draw a maximum of 3 reserve winners at each draw.

 

6. Prize collection

 

6.1. The winning Player must contact the Organizer within 3 working days of notification and provide their full name, phone number, and email address to the Organizer.

 

6.2. The Organizer forwards the winners' data to the prize provider, Planet Line Hungary Kft.

 

6.3. The reserve winner becomes eligible for the Prize if the winner does not meet any personal and/or material conditions described in this Game Policy, and thus the Organizer excludes them from the game, or the winner renounces their prize.

 

6.4. Participation in the prize draw and the provision of necessary personal data is voluntary. The condition for participation in the prize draw is that the player accepts the data management statement, which the player automatically accepts by submitting their application. The Organizer guarantees that data management is carried out in compliance with all applicable legal provisions.

The Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity to request information about the handling of their personal data, request its deletion or correction via a private message sent to info@kifli.hu. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The Participant acknowledges that if they make a prohibition statement regarding their name and contact details before the deadline specified in point 1, they cannot participate in the game, as in this case, the identification of the winner is not possible.

By participating in the game, Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using the Participants' names and all data provided during the Game for the purpose of determining the winning Participant and notifying them via electronic message, and to publicly disclose the winner's name exclusively in connection with the "Violeta Facebook post prize draw" game without any further conditions or compensation.

6.5. Any costs and expenses that may arise in connection with the use of the prize (e.g., requesting extra services) are borne by the Winner.

 

7. Data protection

7.2. Purpose and legal basis of data management

 

During participation in the Game, the Player consents to the handling of their previously provided data on the website for the following data management purposes, and the following legal basis arises:

Managed data and name of data management: username, full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.

Purpose of data management: execution of the Game, including drawing and contact. Ensuring transparency, filtering multiple registrations. Interest balancing based on the legitimate interest of Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and players: fairness of the game, ensuring equal opportunities. Fair execution of the Game, preventing abuse.

Legal basis of data management: consent of the affected

Administration related to the winner, delivery of the prize, fulfillment of tax payment obligations related to the prize is based on the Act XCII of 2003 on the order of taxation, Act C of 2000 on accounting, and Act CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax.

 

7.3. Data retention period

The data received during the Game is managed by the data controller exclusively until the goal is achieved and for the period specified by law.

Managed data: username and full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.

Duration: the duration of the Game and the following 6 months

The winner's name is published on the page.

Handling of the winner's data (full name, address, phone number, email address; if necessary, tax number/tax identification number): The data management practices of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the data management claims of Players (Claim enforcement address: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.), and other data management conditions not regulated in this Policy are governed by the General Data Management Policy (https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek).

 

8. Liability

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume responsibility for the shortcomings of applications (full name, address, phone number, email address errors, fewer answers, etc.), notification, or other delays. Players bear all consequences arising from incorrectly provided data or the inability of their mailbox to receive messages.

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. generally cannot verify the accuracy of data during (or after) application for the Game. Responsibility and all legal and financial consequences related to this are exclusively borne by the Players. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any claims for compensation or indemnification arising from participation in the Games, for costs, damages, losses arising from or related to errors, deficiencies, malfunctioning of the Game, or delays during the Game. By participating in the Game, the Player expressly waives any claims against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. or any third party related to the execution of the Game, the draw, the prizes, the winners.

 

 

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a given purpose of the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also does not assume responsibility if the Game or the website containing the Game and this Policy is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons during the Game period. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is not responsible for errors and their consequences arising from reasons beyond its control (such as technical failures or outages in the Internet network).

 

The Player is solely responsible for the content submitted during the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any material or non-material damage, legal infringement, or other consequences related to the content submitted, published, or otherwise made public by the Player during the Game or related to the Player's conduct. It guarantees that no personal representation appears in the image.

 

If, as a result of the Player's conduct or in connection with it, any third party or any authority or court makes any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the Player is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and compensate Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for all damages, financial disadvantages, and costs (including compensation for damages) incurred by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to any unlawful conduct of the Player or in connection with it.

 

9. Final provisions

9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the conditions set out in this Game Policy or the Game itself during its duration. The Organizer will publish the modifications to the policy or the notification of the possible termination of the Game in the comment used to announce the Game before the modification or termination. It is the responsibility of the Players registering for the Game to properly inform themselves about these. Any decision of the Organizer related to this Game is final and binding in all respects, and no legal action can be initiated in connection with them.

9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if any disputed question arises regarding the use of the Prize, it will primarily try to resolve them with the Participants through negotiation and agreement.

 

In any disputed question, the Organizer's decision is decisive.

9.3 During the use of the Game, the business policy of the Player's internet service provider remains unchanged. The Player acknowledges that the message and data transmission, as well as response speed, depend on the technical conditions of the server, and therefore the Organizer assumes no responsibility. The above may be adversely affected by network congestion and other factors beyond the control of the Organizer and its partners, such as (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, device performance, and maintaining a secure network connection.
