CONTEST - RULES – Unilever Contest

 

 

1. Duration of the Contest

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a contest under the name Unilever Contest from January 24, 2024, 00:00 to January 30, 2024, 23:59, the participation conditions of which are defined in this game rules (hereinafter: "Rules").

 

2. Organizer and Executor of the Contest

The organizer and executor of the Contest is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (headquarters: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-44.) ("Organizer").

3. Prizes of the Contest

 

After the conclusion of the contest, the Organizer will draw 7 winners from all participating players, each receiving Kifli credit worth 40,000 Forints.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.

 

4. Conditions for Participation in the Contest

 

4.1. The scope of these Rules extends to the Unilever contest and all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant acknowledges that it is their responsibility to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Rules before applying for the Unilever contest, and they cannot refer to the omission of this for gaining advantages, nor can this omission be to the detriment of the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the execution.

 

4.2. Participation in the Contest is open to those who meet the following conditions: an adult individual over the age of 18, capable of acting, not falling within the scope of persons defined in point 4.4, and during the contest period, purchases at least 4000 Ft worth of Baba, Dove, Rexona, Axe, or TRESemmé products and simultaneously (automatically) accepts all conditions described in these Rules.

 

If the Player does not meet the conditions set out in these Game Rules for any reason, the Organizer may exclude the affected Player from the Contest.

 

By participating in the Contest, the Player acknowledges that they have fully understood the conditions set out in these Game Rules and accepted them unconditionally. If the Player does not accept the conditions – in respect of any provision – the Organizer will exclude them from the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Contest without explanation in case of manipulation, irregular play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.

 

4.3. The Organizer excludes liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they arise in the Player's or the Organizer's IT system, service, or on Facebook or Instagram social media platforms.

 

4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in organizing the Unilever contest and subcontractors involved in organizing the Unilever contest, and persons in employment or other legal relationships aimed at work with them, and their close relatives as defined in Ptk. 8:1.§ (1) 1. point, cannot participate in the Contest.

 

4.5. By participating in the contest, the Player acknowledges that they have understood the Rules and accept all conditions defined therein. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the contest is accurate and remains valid throughout the entire duration of the Unilever Contest. The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the inaccuracy or error of personal data provided during the contest.

 

5. Procedure for Participation in the Contest

5.1.The contest is exclusively available on the Kifli.hu website (https://www.kifli.hu/).

5.2. After logging into their own Kifli user page, the Player can participate in the contest by purchasing at least 4000 Ft worth of Baba, Dove, Rexona, Axe, or TRESemmé products on the Kifli.hu website.

5.4. The winners will be selected from customers who have a Kifli.hu user account and live in Budapest and its surroundings or in our Balaton delivery areas.

5.5. After the conclusion of the contest, the Organizer will draw 7 (seven) winners. The draw is not public and takes place through the https://random.org website.

5.6. The Organizer will notify the winners of the prize via email. If the winner does not respond within 2 working days from the notification, the Organizer will draw a new winner.

 

6. Prize Collection

           

6.1. The winning Players must contact the Organizer within 2 working days from the notification and provide their full name, address, phone number, and email address.

6.2. The Organizer will coordinate the details of prize usage with the winner in collaboration with Unilever Magyarország Kft., as the prize sponsor.

6.3. The reserve winner becomes eligible for the Prize if the winner does not meet any personal and/or material conditions described in these Game Rules, and thus the Organizer excludes them from the contest, or the winner renounces their prize. The reserve winner is not made public by the Kifli.hu Organizer.

6.4. Participation in the contest and the provision of necessary personal data is voluntary. Participation in the contest requires the player to accept the data management statement, which the player automatically accepts by submitting their application. The Organizer guarantees that data management is carried out in compliance with all applicable legal provisions.

The Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity to request information about the handling of their personal data, request its deletion or correction via email sent to the Kifli.hu customer service. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the handling of their personal data. The Participant acknowledges that if they make a prohibition statement regarding their name and contact details before the deadline specified in point 1, they cannot participate in the contest, as in this case, the identification of the winner is not possible.

By participating in the contest, Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using their name and all data provided during the Contest for the purpose of determining the winning Participant and notifying them via electronic message, and the Organizer and/or its agent may publish the winner's name in connection with the contest without any further conditions or compensation, if justified or necessary.

6.5. Any costs (e.g., requesting extra services) and expenses that may arise in connection with the use of the prize are borne by the Winner.

 

7. Data Protection

The handling of Players' personal data is governed by this Unique Data Management Information. Questions not regulated here are detailed in the Organizer's Data Management Information https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek.

7.2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Management

During participation in the Contest, the Player consents to the handling of their previously provided data on the website for the following data management purposes, and the following legal basis arises:

Managed data and name of data management: the username, full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Contest.

Purpose of data management: execution of the Contest, including the draw and communication. Ensuring transparency, filtering multiple registrations. Interest balancing based on the legitimate interest of Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and players, legitimate interest: fairness of the contest, ensuring equal opportunities. Fair execution of the Contest, preventing abuses.

Legal basis of data management: the consent of the affected person

Administration related to the winner, delivery of the prize, fulfillment of tax obligations related to the prize is carried out based on the Act XCII of 2003 on the order of taxation, the Act C of 2000 on accounting, and the Act CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax.

7.3. Data Retention Period

The data received during the Contest is managed by the data controller only until the goal is achieved and for the period defined by law. The following table shows the duration of data management:

Managed data: The username and full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Contest.

Duration: the duration of the Contest and the following 6 months

The winners are notified by the organizer via email message.

Handling of winner's data (full name, address, phone number, email address; if necessary, tax number/tax identification number)

Kifli.hu Shop Kft.'s data management practices, data management claims entitled to Players (Claim enforcement address: 1111 Budapest, Lágymányosi utca 12. fszt. 2.) and other data management conditions not regulated in these Rules are detailed in the General Data Management Rules (https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek).

8. Liability

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume responsibility for the shortcomings of applications (full name, address, phone number, email address errors, fewer responses, etc.), notification, or other delays. Players bear all consequences arising from incorrectly provided data or the inability of their mailbox to receive messages. During the application for the Contest (or thereafter), Kifli.hu Shop Kft. generally cannot verify the accuracy of the data. In this regard, the responsibility and all legal and financial consequences are exclusively borne by the Players. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any compensation claims arising from participation in the Contest, costs, damages, losses resulting from or related to the Contest's possible errors, shortcomings, malfunction, or delays during the Contest. By participating in the Contest, the Player expressly waives any claims against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. or any third party related to the execution of the Contest, the draw, the prizes, the winners.

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a specific purpose of the Contest. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also does not assume responsibility if the Contest or the website containing the Contest and these Rules is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons during the Contest period. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is not responsible for errors and their consequences arising from reasons beyond its control (such as technical failures or outages in the Internet network).

Regarding the content submitted during the Contest, only the respective Player is responsible. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any material or non-material damage and legal infringement, or other consequences related to the content submitted, published, or otherwise made public by the Player during the Contest. It guarantees that the image does not contain any personal representation.

If, as a result of the Player's conduct or in connection with it, any third party or authority, or court makes any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the Player is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and compensate Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for all damages, financial disadvantages, and costs (including compensation for damages) incurred by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to any unlawful conduct of the Player or in connection with it.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the conditions set out in these Game Rules or the Contest itself during its duration. The Organizer will publish the modifications to the rules or the notification of the possible termination of the Contest in the comment used to announce the Contest before the modification or termination. It is the responsibility of the Players registering for the Contest to properly inform themselves about these. Any decision of the Organizer related to this Contest is final and binding in all respects, and no legal action can be initiated in connection with them.

9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if any disputed issue arises in connection with the use of the Prize, it will primarily try to resolve them with the Participants through negotiations and agreements.

In any disputed issue, the Organizer's decision is decisive.

9.3 Promotions launched on the Kifli.hu Facebook page or Instagram profile are independent of Facebook and Instagram; Facebook does not support or participate in them, the Contest is solely initiated by the Organizer. During the use of the Contest, the business rules of the Player's internet service provider, as well as the rules of Facebook and Instagram, remain applicable. The Player acknowledges that the speed of message and data transmission, as well as response, depends on the technical conditions of the server, and neither the Organizer nor the Executor assumes responsibility for this. The above may be adversely affected by network congestion and other factors beyond the control of the Organizer and its partners, such as (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, device performance, and maintaining a secure network connection.
