Spring Renewal - Reloaded
Nowadays, it is becoming increasingly important to pay attention to our environment. In order not to unnecessarily burden our Earth, there are many seemingly small things we can do together. These small steps will eventually become part of our daily routine, which can also encourage those around us.
How to start?
- Shop consciously! Plan ahead what you want to have for breakfast, lunch, or dinner for the week. At first, it may seem difficult and unnecessary, but believe me, after a while, you will find that it is not a burden but part of your daily routine. If you shop consciously, your life will become waste-free, as you will always buy what you need. Less food will end up in the trash, making your shopping much more cost-effective.
- Shop packaging-free! Many ingredients are available that are not sold in disposable plastic. These products come to you in returnable glass containers, which you can wash and hand over to the courier with your next order. By purchasing such products, you contribute to reducing environmental impacts. We refill them and the glasses return to the cycle. Together, it's easier.

What products can you buy this way?
Of course, we know that this solution does not work for all products. However, the good news is that many healthy, nutritious ingredients are already available this way. This is why we pay special attention to the “Refilled” products, which we fill into jars, so when an ingredient runs out, it is important to return it to us washed, as this ensures a smooth and environmentally conscious cycle. Recently, it is increasingly worth paying attention to this, as with the rise in food prices, the cost of packaging materials is also increasing. By returning these jars, you have already taken a step towards a more sustainable future.
Our jars contain culinary delicacies such as couscous, buckwheat, hulled millet, or lentils. This year, we strive to expand our selection with even more delicacies to make shopping as simple and sustainable as possible.
Honey has a beneficial effect on muscles, including the heart muscle, and is good for digestion as it cleanses the blood, stimulates circulation, and is known for its blood pressure-lowering effects. Moreover, let's not forget that it is very, very delicious and can be used in many ways. Mix it into tea, or even make honey-mustard chicken breast!
The unsaturated fatty acids found in walnuts, omega-3 fatty acids, fibers, and plant sterols have beneficial effects on the heart, reduce blood pressure and the risk of heart attack, and even lower bad cholesterol levels. We can eat them as snacks during evening movie sessions, or we can make walnut cakes based on grandma's recipe!
Heppenheimer pastas are very popular, so goose neck (spiral pasta) and strawberry leaf, as well as large and curly squares, can be found among the refilled products. Moreover, you can also find the popular Óföldeák pastas: penne, elbow macaroni, and whole grain durum fusilli. This way, it's much more economical, no waste is generated, and you can return the jar to us.

For cozy, movie-watching, friendly chat evenings, we've put healthy seeds in the jars. These oily seeds pair extremely well with various cheeses, and you can also use walnuts in different pastries.
In the future, we aim to further expand our range of healthy and economical products. This year, it will be worth keeping an eye on our "Refilled" selection to ensure more delicacies find their way to your pantry shelf!
Every small step counts, as this is how we can set an example for family, friends, neighbors, or even colleagues.
