We can add classic fruits like apples and pears – but the truly adventurous can sneak in carrots or even beets!

The pairing of beetroot and carrot is a real vitamin bomb. You can make a fiber-rich salad with a few drops of grapeseed oil and honey, or it can be divine as a smoothie if you add one or two apples.
