The products of Gazda are justly popular, as they use old, well-established methods without artificial additives, yet in a modern, hygienic environment. Gazda sausages are an excellent choice for the Easter cold platter, for welcoming guests. We have brought some tips for preparing the pork knuckle, which may seem like small details but are important steps. Since it is traditionally cured with salt, it is worth soaking it in cold water the night before preparation. The next morning, put it to cook in fresh cold water over low heat - season to taste - so that it can cook thoroughly everywhere, and when it is ready, let it cool in its own juice.

In addition to ham, horseradish is also a popular choice during the Easter season. It's worth consuming not just for its taste. It can have an extremely beneficial effect on our body, a true spring vitamin bomb – it contains numerous vitamins and minerals. The Heit family has been involved in horseradish production for several years in Létavértes, the "homeland" of Hungarian horseradish. Did you know, for example, that Hungarian horseradish is a Hungarikum, which has been declared a protected designation of origin by the European Commission since 2004? We encourage you to consume it not only during Easter but throughout the year!  

Ádám Szetlik started his family farm in a small settlement along the Danube, which was preceded by extensive research, as they wanted to deal exclusively with products they themselves enjoy consuming. Their quails receive feed formulated with their own recipe, which does not contain any artificial coloring. Thus, the eggs are very tasty, rich in vitamins and minerals. They can be the decoration of the Easter table with their small spots, which do not need to be painted in color, as they are beautiful on their own. Beyond ham, we can add them to salads, or prepare egg cream flavored to our liking. We also learned from Ádám that he does not prepare a special watering verse. He swears by the traditional, tried-and-true soda siphon and simply says succinctly for each decorated egg, "Run!" :-)
