What is the most ideal fabric?
For sensitive skin, we recommend untreated, 100% cotton and silk clothes, which preferably do not contain dyes. Clothes made from wool and synthetic materials can easily cause irritation.
Should new baby clothes be washed before first use?
Yes, new baby clothes should be washed at the highest permissible temperature beforehand to remove all remaining chemicals and contaminants.
Should baby clothes be washed separately?
No, they can be washed together with any everyday wear at the highest permissible temperature.
Can fabric softener be used for washing baby clothes?
Yes, using fabric softener at the end of the washing cycle makes clothes softer to the touch and less irritating for sensitive skin. We recommend using Silan Sensitive fabric softener for washing baby clothes.
Should plush toys be washed before first use?
Yes, all soft material toys should be washed, preferably by hand, using Persil Sensitive gel. After washing, thoroughly rinse the toy and place it to dry on a towel.
Can Persil Sensitive detergent be used at low temperatures?
Yes, Persil Sensitive is effective from 20°C. This not only saves a lot of energy but also protects the environment and your sensitive skin.
