The rules of the game

 

 

1. Duration of the Game

 

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a game called "Reckitt game" from March 30, 2022, 00:01 to April 5, 23:59, the participation conditions of which are defined in these game rules (hereinafter: "Rules").

 

2. Organizer and Executor of the Game

 

The organizer of the Game is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (headquarters: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-42.) ("Organizer").

 

3. Prizes of the Game

 

During the game, the Organizer will draw among those who purchase at least 3000 HUF worth of Dettol, Durex, Scholl, Veet products participating in the game during the specified period and have placed their order to one of the relevant delivery areas within the indicated period.

 

Currently, Kifli.hu provides its service within the administrative boundaries of Budapest. Outside Budapest, we deliver to Dunaharaszti, Szigetszentmiklós, Halásztelek, Gödöllő, Veresegyház, Szada, Pomáz, Nagykovácsi, Budakeszi, Biatorbágy, Pilisborosjenő, Gyömrő, Fót, Kerepes, Kistarcsa, Nagytarcsa, Mogyoród, Érd, Solymár, Dunakeszi, Budaörs, Törökbálint, Diósd, Vecsés, Pécel, Maglód, Gyál, Ecser, Üröm, Csömör, Remeteszőlős, Budakalász, and Felsőpakony, and even to some settlements around Lake Balaton. From those ordering to the above delivery area, 3 winners will be drawn after the activity ends, who will win a 30,000 Forint Kifli shopping credit offered by Reckitt Benckiser Kft. The prize will be credited to the winners' customer profile by Kifli.hu by April 11, 2022, at the latest. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.

 

4. Conditions for Participation in the Application

 

4.1. The scope of these Rules extends to the "Reckitt game" and all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant acknowledges that it is their responsibility to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Rules before applying for the "Reckitt game" and cannot refer to the omission of this for gaining advantages, and this omission cannot be to the detriment of the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the execution.

 

4.2. The Game is open to those who meet the following conditions: an adult over the age of 18, a legally competent individual, and does not fall within the group of persons defined in point 4.4, and ordered Reckitt Benckiser Kft. products on the www.kifli.hu website during the game period: microsite

 

If the Player does not meet the conditions set out in these Game Rules for any reason, the Organizer may exclude the affected Player from the Game.

 

By participating in the Game, the Player acknowledges that they have fully understood the conditions set out in these Game Rules and have unconditionally accepted them. If the Player does not accept the conditions - in respect of any provision - the Organizer will exclude them from the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Game without explanation in case of manipulation, irregular play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.

 

4.3. The Organizer excludes liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they arose in the Player's or the Organizer's IT system or service.

 

4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in organizing the "Reckitt game" (Reckitt Benckiser Kft. and subcontractors involved in organizing the "Reckitt game" and persons in employment or other legal relationship with them, and their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1 (1) 1 of the Civil Code) cannot participate in the Application.

 

4.5. By participating in the game, the Player acknowledges that they have understood the Rules and accept all conditions defined therein. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the game corresponds to reality throughout the entire duration of the "Reckitt game". The Organizer excludes all liability for any false or incorrect personal data provided during the game.

 

5. Procedure for Participation in the Application

 

5.1. The game is exclusively available on the www.kifli.hu website.

 

5.2. The winners will be selected from those who place an order with Reckitt Benckiser Kft. products in the cart between March 30, 2022, 00:01, and April 5, 23:59: microsite

5.5. The Organizer will draw 3 (three) winners during the game. The draw is not public and is conducted through the https://random.org website.

 

Draw date: April 8, 2022, 14:00

 

5.7. The Organizer will notify the winner via the email address provided during registration. The winner then has 3 working days to contact the Organizer. If the winner does not respond within 3 working days of notification, the Organizer will draw a new winner. The Organizer will draw a maximum of 3 reserve winners at each draw.

 

6. Receiving the Prize

 

6.1. The winning Player must contact the Organizer within 3 working days of notification and provide their full name, phone number, and email address to the Organizer.

 

6.2. The Organizer will forward the winners' data to the prize provider, Reckitt Benckiser Kft., who will deliver the prizes to the winners based on the data.

 

6.3. The reserve winner becomes eligible for the Prize if the winner does not meet any personal and/or material conditions described in these Game Rules, and thus the Organizer excludes them from the game, or if the winner renounces the prize.

 

6.4. Participation in the game and the provision of personal data necessary for it is voluntary. Participation in the game is conditional upon the player accepting the data management statement, which the player automatically accepts by submitting their application. The Organizer guarantees that data management is carried out in compliance with all applicable legal provisions.

 

The Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity to request information about the handling of their personal data, request its deletion or correction via a private message sent to info@kifli.hu at any time. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The Participant acknowledges that if they make a prohibition statement regarding their name and contact details before the deadline specified in point 1, they cannot participate in the game, as in this case, it is not possible to identify the winner.

 

By participating in the game, Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using the Participants' names and all data provided during the Game for the purpose of determining the winning Participant and notifying them via electronic message, and to the Organizer and/or its agent publicly disclosing the winner's name exclusively in connection with the "Reckitt game" without any further conditions or compensation.

 

6.5. Any costs and expenses that may arise in connection with the use of the prize (e.g., requesting extra services) are the responsibility of the Winner.

 

7. Data Protection

 

The handling of Players' personal data is governed by this Unique Data Management Information. Issues not regulated here are detailed in the data management information of the game organizer https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek.

7.2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Management

 

During participation in the Game, the Player consents to the handling of their previously provided data on the website for the following data management purpose, and the following legal basis arises:

 

Managed data and the name of data management: the username, full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.

 

The purpose of data management: conducting the Game, including the draw and contact. Ensuring transparency, filtering out multiple registrations. Based on the legitimate interest of Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and players, legitimate interest: fairness of the game, ensuring equal opportunities. Fair conduct of the Game, preventing abuse.

 

The legal basis for data management: the consent of the data subject

 

Administration related to the winner, delivery of the prize, fulfillment of tax obligations related to the prize is carried out based on Act XCII of 2003 on the order of taxation, Act C of 2000 on accounting, and Act CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax.

 

7.3. Data Retention Period

 

The data received during the Game is managed by the data controller exclusively until the purpose is achieved and for the period specified by law. The following table shows the duration of data management:

 

Managed data: The username and full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.

 

Duration: the duration of the Game and 6 months thereafter

 

The winner's name is published on the microsite page.

 

Handling of the winner's data (full name, address, phone number, email address; if necessary, tax number/tax identification number)

 

The data management practices of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the data management claims of the Players (Claim enforcement address: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.), and other data management conditions not regulated in these Rules are governed by the General Data Management Rules (https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek).

 

8. Liability

 

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is not responsible for any deficiencies in the applications (full name, address, phone number, email address errors, fewer responses, etc.), notification, or other delays. Players bear all consequences arising from the incorrect data they provide or the inability of their mailbox to receive messages. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. generally cannot verify the accuracy of the data during (or after) the application for the Game. In this regard, the responsibility and all legal and financial consequences are solely borne by the Players. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any claims for compensation or indemnification arising from participation in the Games, any errors, deficiencies, malfunctions, delays during the Game, or costs, damages, or losses related to or arising from them. By participating in the Game, the Player expressly waives any claims against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. or any third party related to the conduct of the Game, the draw, the prizes, the winners.

 

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also assumes no responsibility if the Game or the website containing the Game and these Rules is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons during the Game period. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is not responsible for errors and their consequences arising from reasons beyond its control (such as technical failures or outages in the Internet network).

 

The Player is solely responsible for the content submitted during the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any material or non-material damage, legal injury, or other consequences related to the content submitted, published, or otherwise made public by the Player in connection with the Game. It guarantees that no personal representation appears in the image.

 

If a third party or any authority or court makes any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to or in connection with the Player's conduct, the Player is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and compensate Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for any damage, financial disadvantage, and costs (including compensation for damages) incurred by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to or in connection with any unlawful conduct of the Player.

 

9. Final Provisions

 

9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the conditions set out in these Game Rules or the Game itself, even during its duration. The Organizer will publish the modifications to the rules or the notification of the possible termination of the Game in the comment used to announce the Game before the modification or termination. It is the responsibility of the Players registering for the Game to properly inform themselves about these. Any decision of the Organizer related to this Game is final and binding in all respects, and no legal action can be initiated in connection with them.

 

9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if a disputed issue arises in connection with the use of the Prize, it will primarily try to resolve it with the Participants through negotiation and agreement.

 

In any disputed matter, the Organizer's decision is decisive.

 

9.3 During the use of the Game, the business rules of the Player's internet service provider remain applicable. The Player acknowledges that the message and data transmission, as well as response speed, depend on the technical conditions of the server, and therefore the Organizer assumes no responsibility. The above may be adversely affected by network congestion and other factors beyond the control of the Organizer and its partners, such as (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, device performance, and maintaining a secure network connection.
