PRIZE GAME RULES – RB All Range Prize Game

 

 

1. Duration of the Game

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a prize game under the name RB All Range prize game from December 6, 2023, 00:00 to December 19, 2023, 23:59, the participation conditions of which are defined in these game rules (hereinafter: "Rules").

 

2. Organizer and Executor of the Game

The organizer and executor of the Game is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (headquarters: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-44.) ("Organizer").

3. Prizes of the Game

 

After the conclusion of the prize game, the Organizer will draw 20,000 Forint worth of Kifli credit for 15 winners among all participating players.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.

 

4. Conditions for Participation in the Application

 

4.1. The scope of these Rules extends to the RB All Range prize game and all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant acknowledges that it is their responsibility to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Rules before applying for the RB All Range prize game, and they cannot refer to the omission of this for gaining advantages, nor can this omission be to the detriment of the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the execution.

 

4.2. Anyone who meets the following conditions can participate in the Game: an adult who has reached the age of 18, is capable of acting, is a private individual, does not fall within the scope of persons defined in point 4.4, and during the duration of the prize game, purchases at least 1 Finish, Air Wick, Lovela Baby, Vanish, Calgon, Tiret, or Cillit Bang product and simultaneously (automatically) accepts all conditions described in these Rules.

 

If the Player does not meet the conditions set out in these Game Rules for any reason, the Organizer may exclude the affected Player from the Game.

 

By participating in the Game, the Player acknowledges that they have fully understood the conditions set out in these Game Rules and have accepted them unconditionally. If the Player does not accept the conditions – in respect of any provision – the Organizer will exclude them from the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Game without explanation in case of manipulation, irregular play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.

 

4.3. The Organizer excludes liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they arise in the Player's or the Organizer's IT system or service, or on the Facebook or Instagram social media sites.

 

4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in the organization of the RB All Range prize game, subcontractors involved in the organization of the RB All Range prize game, and persons in employment or other legal relationships aimed at work with them, and their close relatives as defined in Ptk. 8:1.§ (1) 1. point cannot participate in the Application.

 

4.5. By participating in the game, the Player acknowledges that they have understood the Rules and accept all conditions defined therein. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the game is accurate and remains valid throughout the entire duration of the RB All Range Prize Game. The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the falsity or error of personal data provided during the game.

 

5. Procedure for Participation in the Application

5.1.The game is exclusively available on the Kifli.hu website (https://www.kifli.hu/).

5.2. After logging into their own Kifli user page, the Player can participate in the prize game through the purchase of at least 1 Finish, Air Wick, Lovela Baby, Vanish, Calgon, Tiret, or Cillit Bang product on the Kifli.hu website.

5.4. The winners are selected from customers who have a Kifli.hu user account and live in Budapest and its surroundings or in our Balaton delivery areas.

5.5. After the conclusion of the game, the Organizer will draw 15 (fifteen) winners. The draw is not public and takes place through the https://random.org website.

5.6. The Organizer will notify the winners of the prize via email. If the winner does not respond within 2 working days from the notification, the Organizer will draw a new winner.

 

6. Prize Collection

           

6.1. The winning Players must contact the Organizer within 2 working days from the notification and provide their full name, address, phone number, and email address to the Organizer.

6.2. The Organizer will coordinate the details of the prize usage with the winner with the cooperation of RB (Hygiene Home) Hungary Kft., as the prize donor.

6.3. The reserve winner becomes eligible for the Prize if the winner does not meet any personal and/or material conditions described in these Game Rules, and thus the Organizer excludes them from the game, or the winner renounces their prize. The reserve winner is not made public by the Kifli.hu Organizer.

6.4. Participation in the prize game and the provision of personal data necessary for it is voluntary. The condition for participation in the prize game is that the player accepts the data management statement, which the player automatically accepts by sending their application. The Organizer guarantees that data management is carried out in compliance with all applicable legal provisions.

The Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity to request information about the handling of their personal data, request its deletion or correction via email sent to the Kifli.hu customer service at any time. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the handling of their personal data. The Participant acknowledges that if they make their objection statement regarding their name and contact details before the deadline defined in point 1, they cannot participate in the game, as in this case, the identification of the winner is not possible.

By participating in the game, Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using the Participants' names and all data provided during the Game for the purpose of determining the winning Participant and notifying them via electronic message, and the Organizer and/or its agent may publish the winner's name in connection with the game without any further conditions or compensation, if justified or necessary.

6.5. Any costs (e.g., requesting extra services) and expenses that may arise in connection with the use of the prize are borne by the Winner.

 

7. Data Protection

The handling of the personal data of the Players is governed by this Unique Data Management Information. Questions not regulated here are detailed in the data management information of the game organizer https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek.

7.2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Management

During participation in the Game, the Player consents to the handling of their previously provided data on the website for the following data management purposes, and the following legal basis arises:

Managed data and name of data management: the username, full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.

Purpose of data management: execution of the Game, including the draw and contact. Ensuring transparency, filtering multiple registrations. Interest balancing based on the legitimate interest of Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and players, legitimate interest: fairness of the game, ensuring equal opportunities. Fair execution of the Game, preventing abuse.

Legal basis of data management: the consent of the affected person

Administration related to the winner, delivery of the prize, fulfillment of tax obligations related to the prize based on the Act XCII of 2003 on the order of taxation, Act C of 2000 on accounting, Act CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax.

7.3. Data Retention Period

The data received during the Game is managed by the data controller only until the goal is achieved and for the period defined by law. The following table shows the duration of data management:

Managed data: The username and full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.

Duration: the duration of the Game and the following 6 months

The organizer notifies the winners via email message.

Handling of winner's data (full name, address, phone number, email address; if necessary, tax number/tax identification number)

Information about the data management practices of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., data management claims of Players (Claim enforcement address: 1111 Budapest, Lágymányosi utca 12. fszt. 2.) and other data management conditions not regulated in these Rules are provided by the General Data Management Rules (https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek).

8. Liability

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume responsibility for the shortcomings of applications (full name, address, phone number, email address errors, fewer responses, etc.), notification, or other delays. Players bear all consequences arising from the incorrect data they provide or the inability of their mailbox to receive messages. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. generally cannot verify the accuracy of the data during (or after) application for the Game. In this regard, the responsibility and all legal and financial consequences are exclusively borne by the Players. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any compensation claims arising from participation in the Games, costs, damages, losses resulting from or related to the possible errors, shortcomings, malfunction, delays during the Game. By participating in the Game, the Player expressly waives the right to assert claims against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. or any third party regarding the execution of the Game, the draw, the prizes, the winners.

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, suitability for a given purpose of the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also does not assume responsibility if the Game or the website containing the Game and these Rules is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons during the duration of the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is not responsible for errors and their consequences arising from reasons beyond its control (such as technical failures or outages in the Internet network).

The Player is solely responsible for the content submitted during the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any material or non-material damage and legal infringement, or other consequences related to the content submitted, published, or otherwise made public by the Player during the Game. It guarantees that no personal representation appears in the image.

If a third party or any authority or court makes any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to or in connection with the Player's conduct, the Player is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and compensate Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for all damages, financial disadvantages, and costs (including compensation for damages) incurred by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to or in connection with the Player's unlawful conduct.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the conditions set out in these Game Rules or the Game itself, even during its duration. The Organizer will publish the modifications to the rules or the notification of the possible termination of the Game in the comment used to announce the Game before the modification or termination. It is the responsibility of the Players registering for the Game to properly inform themselves about these. Any decision of the Organizer related to this Game is final and binding in all respects, and no legal action can be initiated in connection with them.

9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if a dispute arises regarding the use of the Prize, it will primarily try to resolve it with the Participants through negotiation and agreement.

In any dispute, the Organizer's decision is decisive.

9.3 Promotions launched on the Kifli.hu Facebook page or Instagram profile are independent of Facebook and Instagram; Facebook does not support or participate in them, the Game is initiated solely by the Organizer. During the use of the Game, the business rules of the Player's internet service provider, as well as the rules of Facebook and Instagram, remain applicable. The Player acknowledges that the speed of message and data transmission, as well as response, depends on the technical conditions of the server, and neither the Organizer nor the Executor assumes responsibility for this. The above may be adversely affected by network congestion and other factors beyond the control of the Organizer and its partners, such as (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, device performance, and maintaining a secure network connection.
