Big Summer Challenge Rules
These prize game rules ("Rules" or "Game Rules") have been issued by Kifli.hu Shop Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45., tax number: 26693075-2-44; Company Registration Number: Cg.01-09-339560 registered with the Company Registry of the Metropolitan Court) as the organizer of the prize game ("Organizer").
These Rules contain all conditions of the publicly announced lottery prize game named "Great Summer Challenge" ("Prize Game") for promotional purposes. The Rules are continuously available during the Prize Game period on the www.kifli.hu website ("Website"). The Rules can only be modified in the form of written amendments published simultaneously with this document. Excerpts or abbreviated versions of these Rules appearing in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute the binding rules of the Game; any other information is not part of the Rules and does not modify them.
The Organizer declares that the Prize Game announced by it does not fall under the scope of Act XXXIV of 1991 on the organization of gambling ("Sztv.").
The Prize Game is independent of Facebook and Google platforms, which do not support or participate in it.
The scope of these Game Rules extends to the Prize Game announced by the Organizer, as well as to participants ("Player") who participate in the Prize Game in accordance with the conditions defined below, and to anyone who would make a claim or objection in connection with the Prize Game.
By participating in the Prize Game, the Player fully accepts the terms of these Game Rules, including the data processing provisions. The Player acknowledges that it is their duty to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Game Rules before participating in the Game, and cannot invoke the failure to do so for the purpose of incurring obligations or gaining advantages. If the Player does not agree with the conditions set forth in these Game Rules, they may express their intention to the Organizer's customer service by sending a message or through its Customer Service. If the Player does not meet the conditions set forth in the Game Rules, they are not entitled to participate in the Game. The Organizer is entitled to exclude such a Player from the Game based on its own decision.
The Player declares that the registration data provided on the website, in their own user account ("User Account"), corresponds to reality.
