At Kifli.hu, our top priority in every situation is to help make shopping as easy and quick as possible: we want to show that we are always with you and your family when you need fresh food and premium quality products. Just like no one else, a few months ago we wouldn't have thought that so many Hungarian families would simultaneously stock up their home pantry in our online supermarket. It's a fantastic feeling to be honored with your trust, and in return, we want to be honest. Although every single one of our employees is striving and working at an increased pace from morning till night to fulfill orders as soon as possible, unfortunately, delays and inconveniences do occur. We are continuously, literally day by day, increasing our capacities and hiring new employees to provide more and more delivery slots, but for now, more orders are coming in than we can fulfill. We are doing everything we can to soon have the capacity that allows for the quick delivery of every incoming order.

Kifli.hu does not have physical stores: we deliver the items ordered online from a single central warehouse with an increasing number of drivers and vehicles. Naturally, we do this with masks, gloves, and contactless delivery, as we care for the safety of your family members as well as our employees. The team is expanding day by day, and we strive to reach every family as soon as they need us. We also take care of our employees' health not only with workwear: we protect their health with regular hand washing, monitoring their body temperature, frequent cleaning, and disinfection.
