Bányai coffees come to us from Lourdes, Costa Rica, from the plantation of Hungarian-born László Bányai. The cultivation and processing are carried out jointly with Sándor Tóth, the owner of the domestic Lucky Cap coffee roasting plant, with László responsible for the plants and Sándor for further processing and roasting of the coffee. The coffee farm practices chemical-free farming, with the health of the plants attributed to the special climatic conditions and natural protection. Great emphasis is placed on roasting, during which the gradual increase in temperature ensures the preservation of aromas characteristic of the terroir, variety, and processing. Thus, it is perhaps no coincidence that their coffee specialties consistently finish among the top in international competitions.
