The rules of the prize game

 

1. Duration of the Game

 

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a prize game under the name "Sensodyne, parodontax prize game" from December 15, 2021, 00:01 to December 28, 23:59, the participation conditions of which are defined in this game regulation (hereinafter: "Regulation").

 

2. Organizer and executor of the Game, deliverer of the prizes

 

The organizer of the Game is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (headquarters: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-42.) ("Organizer"). The Organizer entrusts Progressive Bex Kft. (1024 Budapest, Retek utca 33-35. 6th floor 3. - hereinafter: "Deliverer") with the procurement and delivery of the prizes.

 

3. Prizes of the Game

 

The Organizer determines 1 winner among the customers who wins an iPad mini offered by GlaxoSmithKline-Consumer Kft., and further 10 winners who win Kifli shopping credits worth 30,000 HUF. The prize will be credited to the winners' customer profiles by Kifli.hu no later than January 6, 2022. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.

 

4. Conditions for participation in the Application

 

4.1. This Regulation applies to the "Sensodyne, parodontax prize game" and all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant acknowledges that it is their duty to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Regulation before applying for the "Sensodyne, parodontax prize game", and cannot refer to the omission of this for gaining advantages, and this omission cannot be to the detriment of the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the execution.

 

4.2. Participation in the Game is open to those who meet the following conditions: an adult, capable individual who has reached the age of 18, does not fall within the scope of persons defined in point 4.4, and has ordered from the specified GlaxoSmithKline-Consumer Kft. products on the www.kifli.hu website during the game period: https://www.kifli.hu/targy/gsk-nyeremenyjatek-szabalyzat

 

If the Player does not meet the conditions set out in this Game Regulation for any reason, the Organizer may exclude the affected Player from the Game.

 

By participating in the Game, the Player acknowledges that they have fully understood the conditions set out in this Game Regulation and have accepted them unconditionally. If the Player does not accept the conditions - in respect of any provision - the Organizer excludes them from the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Game without explanation in case of manipulation, irregular play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.

 

4.3. The Organizer excludes liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they arose in the IT system or service of the Player or the Organizer.

 

4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in organizing the "Sensodyne, parodontax prize game" (GlaxoSmithKline-Consumer Kft.) and subcontractors involved in organizing the "Sensodyne, parodontax prize game" and persons in employment or other legal relationship with them, and their close relatives as defined in Ptk. 8:1.§ (1) 1. point cannot participate in the Application.

 

4.5. By participating in the game, the Player acknowledges that they have understood the Regulation and accept all conditions defined therein. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the game corresponds to reality throughout the entire duration of the "Sensodyne, parodontax prize game". The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the falsity or error of personal data provided during the game.

 

5. Procedure for participation in the Application

 

5.1. The game is exclusively available on the www.kifli.hu website.

 

5.2. Winners are selected from those who place an order with GlaxoSmithKline-Consumer Kft. products in the cart between December 15, 2021, 00:01 and December 28, 23:59 in the game https://www.kifli.hu/targy/gsk-nyeremenyjatek-szabalyzat

5.5. The Organizer draws 11 (eleven) winners during the game. The draw is not public and takes place through the https://random.org website.

 

Draw date: December 30, 2021, 14:00

 

5.7. The Organizer notifies the winner via the email address provided during registration. The winner then has 3 working days to contact the Organizer. If the winner does not contact within 3 working days from the notification, the Organizer will draw a new winner. The Organizer draws a maximum of 5 reserve winners at each draw.

 

6. Receipt and delivery of the prize

 

6.1. The winning Player must contact the Organizer within 3 working days from the notification and provide their full name, phone number, and email address to the Organizer.

 

6.2. The Organizer forwards the data of the iPad mini winner to the Deliverer, Progressive Bex Kft., mentioned in point 2, who will deliver the prize to the winner.

 

6.3. The reserve winner becomes eligible for the Prize if the winners do not meet any personal and/or material conditions described in this Game Regulation, and thus the Organizer excludes them from the game, or the winners renounce the prize.

 

6.4. Participation in the prize game and the provision of necessary personal data is voluntary. Participation in the prize game requires the player to accept the data management statement, which the player automatically accepts by submitting their application. The Organizer guarantees that data management is carried out in compliance with all applicable legal provisions.

 

The Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity to request information about the handling of their personal data, request its deletion or correction through a private message sent to info@kifli.hu. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The Participant acknowledges that if they make their objection statement regarding their name and contact details before the deadline specified in point 1, they cannot participate in the game, as in this case, the identification of the winner is not possible.

 

By participating in the game, Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using the Participants' names and all data provided during the Game for the purpose of determining the winning Participant and notifying them via electronic message, and the Deliverer using the data for delivering the prizes to the Participant, and the Organizer and/or its agent publicly disclosing the winner's name exclusively in connection with the "Sensodyne, parodontax prize game" without any further conditions or compensation.

 

6.5. Any costs (e.g., requesting extra services) and expenses related to the use of the prize are borne by the Winner.

The Organizer and the Deliverer do not assume responsibility for errors or deficiencies related to the activities of the postal service provider used during the delivery of the prize, complaints related to delivery can be made to the postal service provider.

7. Data protection

 

The handling of the personal data of the Players is governed by this Unique Data Management Information. Issues not regulated here are detailed in the Organizer's Data Management Information https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek.

7.2. Purpose and legal basis of data management

 

During participation in the Game, the Player consents to the handling of their previously provided data on the website for the following data management purposes, and the following legal basis arises:

 

Managed data and name of data management: username, full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.

 

Purpose of data management: execution of the Game, including the draw and contact. Ensuring transparency, filtering multiple registrations. Interest balancing based on the legitimate interest of Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and players, legitimate interest: fairness of the game, ensuring equal opportunities. Fair execution of the Game, preventing abuse.

 

Legal basis of data management: consent of the affected

 

Administration related to the winner, delivery of the prize, fulfillment of tax payment obligations related to the prize is carried out based on the Act XCII of 2003 on the order of taxation, Act C of 2000 on accounting, Act CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax.

 

7.3. Data retention period

 

The data received during the Game is managed by the data controller only until the goal is achieved and for the period specified by law. The following table shows the duration of data management:

 

Managed data: username and full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.

 

Duration: the duration of the Game and the following 6 months

 

The winner's name is published on the https://www.kifli.hu/targy/gsk-nyeremenyjatek-szabalyzat page.

 

Handling of the winner's data (full name, address, phone number, email address; if necessary, tax number/tax identification number)

 

The data management practices of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the data management claims of the Players (Claim enforcement address: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.) and other data management conditions not regulated in this Regulation are governed by the General Data Management Regulation (https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek).

 

8. Liability

 

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume responsibility for the deficiencies of the applications (full name, address, phone number, email address errors, fewer answers, etc.), notification, or other delays. Players bear all consequences arising from the incorrect data they provide or the inability of their mailbox to receive messages. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. generally cannot verify the accuracy of the data during (or after) the application for the Game. In this regard, the responsibility and all related legal and financial consequences are exclusively borne by the Players. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any compensation or indemnification claims during participation in the Games, for costs, damages, or losses arising from or related to the possible errors, deficiencies, malfunctioning, or delays during the Game. By participating in the Game, the Player expressly waives the enforcement of claims against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. or any third party related to the execution of the Game, the draw, the prizes, the winners.

 

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a given purpose of the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also does not assume responsibility if the Game or the website containing the Game and this Regulation is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons during the Game period. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is not responsible for errors and their consequences arising from reasons beyond its control (such as technical failures or outages in the Internet network).

 

The Player is solely responsible for the content submitted during the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any material or non-material damage and legal infringement, or other consequences related to the content submitted or published by the Player, or otherwise made public in connection with the Game, or otherwise caused by the Player's conduct. It guarantees that no personal representation appears in the image.

 

If a third party or any authority or court makes any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to the Player's conduct or in connection with it, the Player is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and compensate Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for all damages, financial disadvantages, and costs (including compensation for grievances) incurred by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to the Player's unlawful conduct or in connection with it.

 

9. Final provisions

 

9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the conditions set out in this Game Regulation or the Game itself during its duration. The Organizer publishes the modifications to the regulation or the notification of the possible termination of the Game in the comment used to announce the Game before the modification or termination. It is the responsibility of the Players registering for the Game to properly inform themselves about these. Any decision of the Organizer related to this Game is final and binding in all respects, and no legal action can be initiated in connection with them.

 

9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if a disputed issue arises in connection with the use of the Prize, it will try to resolve it primarily through negotiations and agreement with the Participants.

 

In any disputed issue, the Organizer's decision is decisive.

 

9.3 During the use of the Game, the business rules of the Player's internet service provider remain unchanged. The Player acknowledges that the message and data transmission, as well as response speed, depend on the technical conditions of the server, and therefore the Organizer does not assume responsibility. The above may be adversely affected by network congestion and other factors beyond the control of the Organizer and its partners, such as (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, device performance, and maintaining a secure network connection.
