Kifli delivery time is reduced by an average of 60 minutes

In nearly half of the districts of Budapest, our courier arrives with the order within 120 minutes, or even within 90 minutes in the case of express delivery.
- The efficiency of our warehouse is revealed by the fact that the proportion of substitute products is below 0.5 percent. On average, 100,000 items are placed in virtual baskets daily, and couriers save significant traffic and generated air pollution for the city with well-planned routes. On tours, we serve an average of 10-14 customers - shares the details Károly Buris, the operations director of Kifli.hu. - In the changes, we focused on improving our accuracy, as delays occasionally occurred in high traffic or more distant areas, but with this innovation, we eliminate this as well – continued Károly Buris.
The acceleration improves the quality of the entire service
- In the more distant Buda areas from our Kőbánya warehouse, the delivery lead time was 4-5 hours, and due to peak traffic, delays could occasionally occur compared to the promised 15-minute time window. This was not good enough for us or for those customers who wanted to order for the same day after returning home from work, or desired freshly baked pastries in the morning, or freshly picked fruits and vegetables. Based on our customers' feedback, convenience is an important aspect, and this development allows them to shop at times that fit their schedule whether returning home from work, or if they would like to have a fresh breakfast early in the morning, or surprise unexpected guests with a fantastic homemade dinner. Our customers can now get all this, even more precisely within the 15-minute time slots, and at times that are convenient for them, without compromises - added Gabriel Makki, the CEO of Kifli.hu.
