Chicken and Vegetable One-Pot - Recipe Video

We have brought you a dish that is not only simple and filling but also healthy, and you don't have to worry about the calories! You can prepare this delicious vegetable and bulgur one-pot meal in a pan.

 

Preparation

 

Slice the onion into thin rings and sauté in a little oil.

Then add the quartered mushrooms and fry until golden brown, then add the diced meat, season with pepper, and fry as well. Pour in the bulgur, stir a few times, add the chopped garlic, sprinkle with savory, salt, add the broccoli florets, pour in just enough hot water to cover, mix and cook covered on low heat until tender.

 

During cooking, stir a few times and add more water if necessary. 

 

When ready, sprinkle with thinly sliced radishes, chopped parsley, mix and serve hot.

 

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 head of onion
  • 300 g brown button mushrooms
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tsp mixed pepper
  • 100 g bulgur
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp savory
  • 300 g broccoli
  • Fresh radish + parsley leaves
  • Salt to taste
