The Triumph of Airy Whiteness

The pressed flesh of peeled grapes is usually aged in steel tanks to achieve a pleasantly floral or citrusy result. Here, you can taste fragrant, aromatic specialties such as the Varga Csabagyöngye from this year's vintage, which was recently on the vine, and the Kislaki Bormanufaktúra Irsai Olivér – Zenit, made in the organically cultivated area of the Somogy hills.

Full-bodied whites, where the content dominates

There is a more serious variety of white wine, where the body is primarily determined by the alcohol content, as wines with an alcohol content of around 13% or higher feel fuller. We have brought you some exciting bottles: Káli Balázs Töttöskál, for example, is born from a blend of Chardonnay, Italian Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Traminer in the Káli Basin, and the multiple award-winning Grand Tokaj Late Harvest comes from the UNESCO World Heritage site.
