Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 130 g zucchini
  • 130 g carrot
  • 100 g onion
  • 10 g fresh parsley
  • 80 g long-grain rice
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and prepare a baking dish approximately 25 cm × 35 cm.

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely grated zucchini and carrots, chopped onion, rice, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and oregano. Knead the mixture thoroughly, then shape it into a loaf approximately 25 cm long.

    Place the meatloaf in the prepared baking dish and pour water around it. Bake in the preheated oven for 55–60 minutes, until golden brown and juicy.

    After baking, remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Tip
Serve with a fresh salad or mashed potatoes for a complete gastronomic experience.
