Dakri Kaiser traditional roll

The traditional kaiser roll is an undisputed favourite in every situation and has been on the tables for years - its fine and fluffy wheat crumb and crispy crust make it perfect for everyday sandwiches and more sophisticated dishes.

Preparation

Remove from the packaging and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 2-5 minutes until golden brown.

In 2013, when we took over the historic production plants and started producing bread. Initially, Dakri products were sold in Łódź and nearby towns, but over time our sales network expanded to other cities, voivodships and eventually countries. In our two plants, in addition to the production of bread for home baking and frozen bread for the catering industry, we are constantly developing the sale of finished confectionery products purchased from local confectioneries.
Despite the local activities, WE HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY.

That is why in 2009 we decided to undertake export activities, selling finished products in European countries. In 2017, we decided to join forces with the renowned Martin Braun Group, which has been operating since 1931 and is now one of the leading companies in Europe in the bakery, confectionery and ice cream products market.

THE GROUP BRINGS TOGETHER SEVERAL PRODUCTION COMPANIES, which meet the growing demand for bakery products (e.g. rolls, baguettes, breads, sticks, sweet and savoury snacks, as well as specialist gastronomic products).

THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN THE ŁÓDŹ AND MIŁAKOWSKI PLANTS are available not only under the Dakri brand, but are also produced for renowned, well-known retail chains under their own brands. They reach recipients from over 20 countries - including Germany, France, Switzerland and the Czech Republic.
