Cheddar Dublin Dairy MIX is a blend of straw-coloured semi-hard white matured cheese and semi-hard red matured cheese with a unique flavour and aroma. The advantage of the product is that we serve it in grated form, and the loose chips do not clump together and can be used immediately after opening the package. Cheddar Mix is useful as a pizza ingredient, for pasta dishes, casseroles and salads. It is made from the excellent quality milk of cows that graze almost all year round on the green meadows of Ireland.
