The Benjamin family 2014 discovered their passion for chocolate and started experimenting with making chocolate from raw cocoa at home. Their goal was to create the first Bulgarian organic raw chocolate sweetened with agave syrup. Their passion did not wane, and over the years they have tasted hundreds of chocolates from all over the world. This led to their new passion - chocolate made from roasted cocoa beans. The two brothers, Krassimir and Martin Benjamin, and Martin's wife, Sarah Alsbey, studied the history of cocoa and cocoa bean processing technology, and in early 2017 two new brands were born - Benjamíssimo and Happy Benjamino - with 16 new products and interesting recipes. From the cocoa beans imported from distant Nicaragua to the "sensory touch" of tasting the final product, you will feel the indisputable health benefits and delicious taste of the chocolates.
