Kathi Food Ltd. deals exclusively with the processing and sale of beef cattle, including Hungarian Tarka young cattle. We chose this breed because of its strengths: it has excellent slaughter value and its meat quality (marbled, crumbly) can compete with that of large beef breeds. The Hungarian Tarka breed is so to speak at home here, so it adapts very well to local conditions. We slaughter the young cattle at a specific age, which is also decisive for the quality of the beef. The meat of a young heifer cannot be compared to that of an old dairy cow. The meat of the young heifer is easy to prepare and has a much richer flavor. The chef will also have more success in the kitchen, as it is difficult to prepare badly. You can safely experiment with the meat of a young heifer.
