Beef goulash meat comes from the best parts of the beef and is particularly suitable for making goulash soups, stews or other dishes that require long cooking. The meat is stringy, but contains a sufficient amount of fat and collagen, which slowly dissolves during cooking, resulting in a rich, juicy dish. Beef goulash meat has a characteristic, strong flavor that goes exceptionally well with traditional Hungarian goulash, but is also an excellent base for other ragus dishes.
This part of the meat responds extremely well to long, slow cooking, as it becomes softer and softer over time, and the flavors blend together beautifully. Beef goulash meat is an ideal choice if you want to make a rich, mouthwatering dish where the meat is not only delicious, but also gives a rich sauce.
Goulash meat is particularly popular in traditional Hungarian cuisine, as this type of meat is the perfect base for goulash soup, but can also be used for stew-based dishes, and even a good beef stew.
