Angus beef is a fine-grained, marbled and extremely tasty, special steak meat.

Beef diced shoulder

Beef is red meat, contains a large amount of iron. Excellent for real goulash, for those who love really sophisticated flavours.  Beef shoulder is the meat located on the outer side of the shoulder blade. Since the cutting of cattle can vary from country to country and even from butcher to butcher, its parts are sometimes called differently, and in some cases certain parts of the meat do not even exist because they are not cut separately from the rest of the meat. They usually cut the shoulder blade into the following parts: thick shoulder, stefania, false tenderloin (sirloin tip, side shoulder), and the meat between the shoulder blade and the chest ribs (which is elsewhere already the bony side). The stefania is the largest continuous part of the shoulder meat.

Usage information

Raw meat must be stored and processed separately from other foods! The product requires heat treatment, it is not suitable for human consumption raw!
