The PANO Budapest bread factory was founded in 2021 by Mihály Juhász (Misi the baker, Jacques Liszt) and Miklós Mester. The factory produces exclusively naturally leavened (wild leaven) breads in large quantities, with the best available machines and technology. They believe that real bread requires expertise, technological discipline, time, patience, humility and dedication, which is the only way to ensure the quality and favourable physiological effects of the bread. The founders' expertise and the high-tech machinery guarantee stable, consistent quality.
