This soft, characterful, yet "fluffy" tasting bread is a personal favourite of the PANO Budapest staff. The wonderful properties of flaxseed are in perfect harmony with the natural sourdough and the excellent quality Hungarian flour, thus creating the perfect product. Producer information

The PANO Budapest bread factory was founded in 2021 by Mihály Juhász (Misi the baker, Jacques Liszt) and Miklós Mester. The factory produces exclusively naturally sourdough (wild sourdough) breads in large quantities, with the best available machinery and technology. They believe that real bread requires expertise, technological discipline, time, patience, humility and dedication, as this is the only way to ensure the quality and favourable physiological effects of the bread. The founders' expertise and the state-of-the-art machinery guarantee stable, consistent quality.
