Preparation suggestion

Try this great recipe for Fish & Chips:

Cut the loin into approx. 50 g pieces, salt and pepper. Separate the egg white and yolk into two bowls. Mix the egg yolk, plain flour (4 tablespoons) and dark beer (0.3 l) into the batter, which is seasoned with salt, pepper and vinegar. Beat the egg white into a firm foam and gently stir into the batter. Cover the pollock pieces with the batter and fry both sides until golden brown. Serve with pea puree, homemade tartar and fried potatoes.

Usage information

Can only be consumed after thorough heat treatment, use immediately after opening the packaging.
