Cream cheese made from pasteurized cream. Min. 82% fat in dry matter. Based on traditional Italian recipes, Mascarpone cheese is made from high-quality cow's milk. The creamy, firm and elastic texture taken up with a knife spreads perfectly. It has a creamy-sweet taste and a mild aroma. Free from preservatives and unnecessary ingredients, it is a source of calcium. The extremely versatile character and the perfect structure make it a popular ingredient in many dishes. The mild taste goes perfectly with the spicy Gorgonzola cheese.

Suggested use
First of all, it is an irreplaceable ingredient of the traditional Italian Tiramisu. The creamy structure combined with biscuits soaked in coffee creates a delicious dessert that is the pride of Italians. It is also an excellent base for fruit desserts, ice creams and cakes. It finds its application not only in sweet recipes. We can successfully add it to fillings, sauces and soups. The mild, creamy character complements dinners such as Spaghetti Carbonara and Quiche, making them lighter. Served on sandwiches, it replaces butter. The whole thing is complemented by the addition of salmon and fresh arugula.
