Preparation

1. Prepare accompaniments (fruit, cake, pastry) in bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a plate. Prepare toppings in small bowls.
2. Roughly chop the chocolate with a knife. Bring the pineapple juice to a boil in a pot and reduce it by half over high heat in 5 minutes.
3. Place the chocolate with the pineapple juice and cream in a metal bowl and slowly melt it over steam. The bowl should not touch the water. Once the chocolate is melted, keep it warm over low heat. If you have a chocolate fondue set, you can melt the mixture directly in it.
4. Skewer the accompaniments onto fondue forks, then dip them in chocolate and enjoy. Garnish with a topping of your choice and enjoy.
