Preparation method
For the sauce, caramelize the sugar to a beautiful amber color, stirring with a silicone spatula.
Once evenly melted and nicely browned, add the butter and stir until smooth, then cook with the butter for 2-3 minutes until it becomes beautifully shiny and uniform.
Then gradually add the cream and stir, then boil for another minute without stirring.
Chef's tip
We can use any ice cream. The Caramel sauce keeps for a long time in the refrigerator in a sealed jar and can be used for almost any dessert. Pineapple is also very delicious when prepared on the grill, and it's a good accompaniment even for meats.
