Mutti tomato sauce with grilled vegetables is made from sweet, intensely flavoured Datterini tomatoes, paired with grilled vegetables and Tropea red onion.
For Mutti pasta sauces, 100% Italian tomatoes harvested in summer are used and processed close to full ripeness. The sauce’s character comes from the sweetness of the tomatoes, the aroma of the grilled vegetables, and the flavour of the onion’s crisp texture.
Use
Can be used on its own with pasta, gnocchi or lasagne; heat it up and then mix with the finished dish. Also suitable as a pizza sauce or as a base for vegetable one-pot dishes.
