With the perfect balance of invigorating bubbles and low alcohol content, it creates a truly refreshing experience, elevated to a new level by Soligo's expertise. The highest quality Glera grapes were harvested in September, and the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts to preserve the fruit's freshness.
