Flore Confectionery Blueberry Jam with Gin and Juniper Berries

Flore doesn't do boring jams! In this jam, gin counterbalances the sweetness of the jam, while juniper berries further enhance the taste of the gin. A must for gin and tonic fans! In Flore's workshop, all jams are made using traditional methods, in copper pots, with no more than 4 kg at a time, resulting in a colourful, fresh, flavoursome jam.

Just like the flavours, the packaging is also unique, with Flore jams arriving in colourful, cheerful little perforated boxes that allow you to see both the jam and the unique graphics. The product was made in a craft workshop that also processes nuts, stone fruits, cereals and dairy products.

When Flóra Emese Tóth, founder and creative confectioner, dreamt up the Flore Confectionery dessert workshop, she was inspired by the above quote from Anthony Bourdain. A sweet amusement park, where exciting spices, unusual flavour pairings and new ingredients entertain visitors. With their desserts, they want to give you the experience of carefree play, the magic of novelty and the joy of surprise. And Flore is happiest when you taste one of their desserts and exclaim: “Wow, I've never tasted anything like this before, but I want it again and again!” To achieve this effect, they are constantly researching flavour pairings, spices, textures and technologies that are unusual in desserts, and they crown it all with colourful, playful, funny packaging that will put a smile on your face with every sweet bite.
