This premium chocolate dragee is made from raspberry pâte de fruit (fruit jelly) prepared in their workshop, flavored with espelette pepper and natural Damascus rose essence, along with chocoMe Atelier's 69% Madagascan Åkesson dark chocolate and freeze-dried raspberry powder. Pâte de fruit is an iconic sweet in French confectionery: characterized by intense fruit flavor and a soft, yet springy texture. The natural red berry notes of the chocolate from the Åkesson plantation perfectly harmonize with the raspberry, highlighting its fresh acidity and depth, while the rose and espelette pepper add an exciting, spicy layer to the experience. It was awarded a bronze medal at the Academy of Chocolate Awards in 2024. The product was made in a craft facility that also processes hazelnuts, nuts, grains, and dairy products.

To achieve this effect, they constantly research flavor pairings, spices, textures, and technologies that are uncommon in sweets, and they crown all this with colorful, playful, funny packaging that brings a smile to your face with every sweet bite.
