Excellent quality paprika powder made from Hungarian hot paprika varieties. Generally, it can be used more economically than the mildly hot and hot paprika powders available in stores, because the raw material is not mixed, it is made exclusively from hot varieties, which is why it is very hot. When cooking, less quantity is needed for the hot flavour. Its hotness is different from that of chilli, and it does not cause heartburn as an after-effect.
