CALMING TEA MIXTURE for sleep problems
Indications:
Consuming the tea mixture is recommended to reduce or eliminate restlessness, nervousness, sleep disorders, anxiety and depression caused by various reasons. Its regular use improves poor health and mood.
Dosage:
Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 1 filter bag of tea mixture, cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Flavour as desired and consume 1 cup during the day and 1-2 cups in the evening.
Warning:
Avoid sunbathing during the period of use - especially for people with fair skin! For drivers and people working with dangerous machinery, the tea is recommended only before going to bed.
Composition:
