Each serving of Nestlé porridge provides at least 50% of your baby's recommended daily iron intake. Iron contributes to the development of children's cognitive abilities.

Usage

Recommended daily dosage of cereal porridge: 1-2 times according to the preparation instructions. The size of the dose can be changed according to individual needs. Provide the remaining (3-4) daily meals from other foods.

1. Prepare 120 ml of milk-based baby food according to the instructions on the package or measure out 120 ml of milk and heat it to a maximum of 40°C.
2. Measure out and add 25 g or about 4-5 heaped tablespoons of powder.
3. Stir continuously until the desired consistency is reached, then wait 3 minutes before feeding your baby. Use the prepared porridge immediately, do not store the leftovers, but pour them out.

 The product can be given from 12 months of age, but ask your doctor or nurse about starting complementary feeding.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for maintaining health. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing your child's food. Use only clean utensils. Give it to the child in a sitting position. Do not leave the child unattended while feeding, as they may choke, which could lead to choking. Close the package well after each use and store in a dry place at room temperature.
