Usage

Recommended daily dosage of cereal porridge: 1-2 times according to the preparation instructions. The size of the dose can be varied according to individual needs. Provide the remaining (3-4) daily meals from other foods.

1. Prepare 120 ml of milk-based baby food according to the instructions on the package or measure out 120 ml of milk and heat to a maximum of 40°C.
2. Measure out and add 25 g or about 4-5 level tablespoons of powder.
3. Stir continuously until the desired consistency is reached, then wait 3 minutes before feeding your baby. Use the prepared porridge immediately, do not store the leftovers, but pour them out.

The entire box is sufficient to prepare 8 servings of ready-made porridge. The product can be given from 12 months of age, but consult your doctor or health visitor about starting complementary feeding.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for maintaining health. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing your child's food. Use only clean utensils. Give to the child in a sitting position. Do not leave the child unattended while feeding, as they may choke on food, which could cause choking. Close the package well after each use and store in a dry place at room temperature.
