After aging, we cold-soaked 6 types of hops into the cider base wine, which gave it beautiful elderflower, exotic fruit and green tea notes.

• Apples: Jonagold, Golden, Granny Smith, Idared, Starking, Braeburn

• Alc.: 6.2% vol.
• Sweetness: semi-dry, 13.9g/liter from our own apple juice
• Skin soaking: 24 hours
• Aging: 10 months
